Here’s to summer! It is officially summer now and schools are out for the kids. It is the perfect time for the recipe I am going to share today…Mango Ginger Mocktail!
It is that time of the year for me where I do not have to get the kids ready for school or prepare their lunch boxes. And also the time of the year to cool off with a crisp, bubbling drink on a sunny afternoon. Best of all, it turns out to be a kids favorite too. I give that five stars!
Unlike the usual soft drinks, this drink is bold and robust. It has the familiar tropical mango flavor along with the sparkling water freshness. You have to try it on a hot day to believe it. Be sure not to skip on the ginger or lemon juice.
They bring tons of flavor to the drink. I chose to garnish it with a mint leaf, but you could also put a wedge of citrus on it. I am sure it will complement the flavor very well. Try this today and let me know if you liked it.

Mango Ginger Mocktail
- 1 mango ripe
- ½ inch ginger piece
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- 2 cups Sparkling water
- Peel the mango skin and puree it.
- Add ginger, lemon juice, and ice cubes and blend well.
- Add sparkling water or soda and give it a nice stir.
- Mango Ginger Mocktail is ready! Garnish with a mint leaf and serve it immediately!
