- Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms under cold water in a colander to get rid of the dirt.
- Use a damp paper towel to pat them dry; ensure they're as dry as possible so they don't release too much moisture while air frying.

- Slice the mushrooms in half and slice the onions roughly ¼" in size.

- Mix the clean mushrooms, onions, garlic powder, black pepper, rosemary leaves, and dried thyme in a bowl.

- Add the sriracha hot sauce, salt, and olive oil. Mix well to get an even coating
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
