Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.

Place the pre-sliced carrot chips(raw) into a large bowl and coat them with oil.
Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and chili powder to season the chips.

Put the coated carrot chips in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 380 degrees F. Flip and let cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Crispy air fryer carrot fries are ready!
Let them cool to room temperature, and enjoy them as-is or with a chip dip!
Variations
Spray: I used avocado oil; feel free to use canola or olive oil.
Seasoning: For extra flavor, try adding garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, vegan parmesan cheese or brown sugar.
Veggies: You can also use other root vegetables like sweet potatoes, beets, and turnips to make chips.
