Air Fryer Carrot Chips

Air fryer carrot chips are perfect to serve for friends and family who love snacks but prefer something healthier than traditional potato chips.

  • 12 ounce raw carrot chips
  • 2 teaspoon avocado oil
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.
  • Place the pre-sliced carrot chips(raw) into a large bowl and coat them with oil.

  • Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and chili powder to season the chips.

  • Put the coated carrot chips in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 380 degrees F.
  • Flip and let cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Crispy air fryer carrot fries are ready!
  • Let them cool to room temperature, and enjoy them as-is or with a chip dip!

Notes

    • Preheat your air fryer so the carrot chips cook evenly and quickly.  
    • Slice the carrots thin enough for them to cook through without burning. 
    • Spread them in a single layer so they will all cook evenly. 
    • Flip the carrot chips halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
