Potatoes: I used red potatoes for this recipe, but you can use any type of potato that you like. (Yukon golds, and russet potatoes)
Spices: I used a combination of chili powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder to flavor these potatoes. If you don't have all of these spices on hand, you can use any combination that you like. A dash of black pepper goes a long way in adding flavor.
Oil: I prefer using extra virgin olive oil to get all the flavors from the potatoes. If you do not have that, vegetable oil is a good substitute.

Step-by-step instructions

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place them in a large bowl and add cold water just to cover the diced potatoes. Keep it for 10 minutes to remove all the starch.

Drain the water completely and spread the potatoes on a paper towel to remove all the moisture.

Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, oil, and salt.
