Preheat the air fryer to 350F (180C).
Combine wheat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, brown sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together the avocado oil or vegan butter, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and flaxseed meal mixed with water(3 tbsp).

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until they are well combined.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.

Grease a baking dish that will fit into your air fryer basket with oil or vegan butter.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish lined it with parchment paper, spreading it evenly.
Place the baking dish into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool before slicing and serving.
