    ½ cup chocolates
  • Grease a baking dish that will fit into your air fryer basket with oil or vegan butter.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish lined it with parchment paper, spreading it evenly.
  • Place the baking dish into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the brownies cool before slicing and serving.
  • You can enjoy these delicious vegan brownies as is or add toppings like vegan whipped cream, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of vegan chocolate sauce.

Notes

  • To prepare flax eggs, mix the flaxseed meal with water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to create a gel-like consistency. This will act as the binding agent in place of eggs.
  • Maple syrup is a great alternate if you do not prefer brown sugar.
  • Do not substitute avocado oil with coconut oil as it tends to introduce external flavors to the brownies.
  • Keep a small bowl of melted chocolate ready to drizzle on top of the brownies.
  • Do not overmix the batter once you add the wet ingredients, as this can result in a tougher texture.
  • Check your brownies periodically while cooking in the air fryer, as cooking times may vary depending on the model and size of the air fryer.
