I bought the fresh corn from Costco. It came with eight cobs. I made 4 using foil and the remaining air-fried directly.
In a small bowl combine all the spices and salt together.
¼ teaspoon chaat masala, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, salt to taste
Carefully brush softened, melted butter over each cob, then sprinkle the spice mixture on top of it.
4 corn on the cob, 2 tablespoon vegan butter
Wrap each cob into a square of aluminum foil, sealing all the sides (to prevent steam from escaping).
Place corn in your air fryer basket ( mine cosori AF) in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 15 minutes.
When done, remove from air fryer and let cool for 3-4 minutes.
Unwrap and serve. Carefully remove the corn on the cob from the foil, transferring it to a serving platter.
Optional toppings: If desired, sprinkle the cooked corn kernels with chopped fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley) for an added touch of flavor.
