- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup green onions chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 3 garlic clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt to taste
- 4 cup water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup mixed vegetables frozen
Place a pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add in chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until fragrant.

Add Chopped tomatoes and saute for a minute. Add rolled oats and saute for 1 minute.
