Carrot Milkshake - Vegan + Video

Servings: 4 people
- 6-7 medium sized carrots
- ¼ cup soaked cashews
- 10-12 pitted Dates
- 1 ½ cup plant based milk
- ¼ tsp crushed cardamom optional
- ¼ cup crushed ice
- 1 cup filtered water
- 3 tbsp whipped Cream optional
Soak the cashews for an hour.
Steam the carrots and let them cool to room temperature. (optional)
Blend all the ingredients to a consistency of a smoothie.
Garnish with crushed cardamom and whipped cream.
