  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 4 - 6 tablespoon Coconut Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda


  • Preheat oven 350 F.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add coconut oil, vanilla essence and coconut sugar and mix well into an even mixture.
  • Shape the dough into 1 inch balls, place on baking sheet with 1" space between each.
  • Press down slightly to flatten them a little.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges appear brown.
  • Remove from oven and let them cool before serving.
