Vegan Almond Flour Cookies
Vegan Almond flour Cookies with 5 Simple Ingredients make up for these wonderfully rich almond cookies in less than 15 minutes.
Preheat oven 350 F.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add coconut oil, vanilla essence and coconut sugar and mix well into an even mixture.
Shape the dough into 1 inch balls, place on baking sheet with 1" space between each.
Press down slightly to flatten them a little.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges appear brown.
Remove from oven and let them cool before serving.
