Air Fryer Roasted Radishes

  • 15 radishes
  • pinch turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large or medium mixing bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric powder, pepper, and salt to make a marinade. Add the radish pieces and toss to coat them evenly.

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes to 380°F. Place radishes in the air fryer basket or sheet pan, making sure they are laid out in a single layer. Let cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Open the air fryer and toss the radishes. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until crisp and lightly browned.
  • Enjoy your delicious and healthy air-fried radishes!  Garnish the top with vegan parmesan cheese as a snack or serve them alone or as a side dish for any meal. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the cooking time according to your air fryer’s settings. Some air fryers require a longer cooking time than others.  Keep an eye on the radishes to prevent them from burning. 
  • If you prefer a sweet taste, try the large radishes instead of the red radishes.
