Capsicum Tomato Chiutney

Saute all the spices and dry red chilies with 3 tsp of oil.

Add chopped capsicum and onions and saute until it's slightly softened.

Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and salt. Continue to cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.

Blend the chutney mixture into smooth paste.

Enjoy Capsicum chutney with rice, idli and dosa!
