Cantaloupe Juice Recipe

With simple 3 ingredients, it cannot get any easier than this to get a fresh juice within 10 minutes. It is so simple that you will wonder why you didn’t try this before.

  • 1 cantaloupe chopped
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup of cold water


  • Blend all ingredients together to make a smooth consistency.
  • Then strain the pulp with a strainer( this is optional I personally don't strain the pulp, as it contains all the fibers and nutrients).
  • If you prefer a smoother texture, then strain the excess residue.
  • Cantaloupe Juice is ready! Serve it right away!
