Lemon Chili Pickle Recipe

Nimbu ka achar or lemon chili pickle is made with Nimbu/lime and Green chili as the main ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 2 large lemons chopped
  • ½ cup green chili chopped
  • ¼ cup ginger chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoon salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients one by one and mix well.
  • Pack them in an air tight container and shelf it for 3 days.
  • Check to see if the lemon wedges have softened. If not, continue to shelf for another day.
