Lemon Chili Pickle Recipe
Nimbu ka achar or lemon chili pickle is made with Nimbu/lime and Green chili as the main ingredient.
Servings: 1 Cup
- 2 large lemons chopped
- ½ cup green chili chopped
- ¼ cup ginger chopped
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon salt
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients one by one and mix well.
Pack them in an air tight container and shelf it for 3 days.
Check to see if the lemon wedges have softened. If not, continue to shelf for another day.
