- 1 cup peanut Butter powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour/ wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ cup sugar
Preheat oven 355F heat.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and keep them aside.
Now in another bowl, mix the coconut oil, a teaspoon of vanilla essence and sugar.
After the sugar is dissolved, add it to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Form 1-2" balls of dough and flatten them just a little.
Place all of them on a cookie sheet and press gently again to make them flat.
Now place it in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden on the edges.
Now, let the cookies cool down to room temperature.
