Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut Butter powder
  • 1 cup all purpose flour/ wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 355F heat.
  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and keep them aside.
  • Now in another bowl, mix the coconut oil, a teaspoon of vanilla essence and sugar.
  • After the sugar is dissolved, add it to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Form 1-2" balls of dough and flatten them just a little.
  • Place all of them on a cookie sheet and press gently again to make them flat.
  • Now place it in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden on the edges.
  • Now, let the cookies cool down to room temperature.
