Ingredients

cup
rice flour

cup
besan flour or gram flour

tbsp
sesame seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
¼
tsp
Asafoetida

tsp
red chili powder
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Warm-up 2 tbsp of oil just a little bit and add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Now add water and knead well in a food processor or by hand. (make like chakli dough)
Put the dough in the die/press and place it aside.
Heat the canola oil in a frying pan.
When the oil is hot enough for deep fry, press the dough directly to the oil in a free form style.
Fry until they turn golden brown.
Notes
Always add warm oil to the flour. It gives the crispiness to the snack.
