- ½ cup coriander seeds
- ¼ cup cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon methi seeds
- 5 cloves
- 1 teaspoon cardamom seeds
- 1 stick Jeyshta Madhu
- 1 piece of dry ginger
Fry all the ingredients separately, in the pan with medium heat, until you get a nice aroma.
Blend them all together and store in an airtight container.
Use 1 to 2 teaspoon for 1 cup of kashaya.
