Sweet Peanut Balls - Peanut Jaggery Ladoo Recipe

Sweet Peanut balls is an easy and healthy snack that you can munch on anytime. If you are going to dig into a snack between meals, you might as well make it a healthy choice.

  • If you are using raw peanuts, roast them in a frying pan with a teaspoon of oil for about 5 minutes when it starts to darken. Remove from the heat and cool.
  • Once cooled, gently rub them to remove the skins. (optional)
  • Heat a little water in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the jaggery powder and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Simmer for a few minutes until it starts to thicken.
  • Add the peanuts and cardamom and mix well.
  • Remove from flame and allow to cool.
  • Once cool enough to handle, make small balls.
  • That's it! Sweet Peanut Balls are ready to be enjoyed. Store them in an airtight container and they will last up to 2 weeks! Happy snacking!
