  • 1 ½ cup red organic frozen dragon fruit cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water or coconut water

Instructions

  • Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Enjoy the pink drink, dragon fruit juice with ice cubes(optional), and strawberries on the side.

Notes

  • If you want a thinner juice, add more coconut water or water.
  • You can also add a pinch of salt to balance the flavors.
  • If you using fresh dragon fruit, you may need to add more sugar as fresh fruit can be less sweet than frozen.
  • You can also add 1-2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger for extra flavor.
  • You can also use fresh apple juice or orange juice instead of water and coconut water.
  • You can add a little bit of guava puree concentrate as a substitute for sugar.
  • Make it a dragon fruit smoothie by adding less water.
  • Dragon fruit drinks can be a great pair for smoothie bowls.
