Ingredients

  • 1 avocado ripe
  • ½ cup blueberry frozen
  • 1 banana
  • cup unsweetened oat milk plain

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
1 avocado ripe, ½ cup blueberry frozen, 1½ cup unsweetened oat milk plain, 1 banana
  • Blend until completely smooth. Add more milk or ½ cup water to thin if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer thick smoothie consistency, adjust the quantity of oat milk or water accordingly.
  • If all your fruits are the frozen kind, you would need more of the liquid base (milk or water).
  • If all your fruits are the fresh kind, I recommend adding a handful of ice to make the smoothie cold.
  • For extra sweetness, add 1-2 pitted dates or a teaspoon of maple syrup or date syrup.
  • If you prefer a thinner smoothie consistency, increase the quantity of oat milk.
  • Add ice cubes it will create a smooth, thick, chilly texture, or frothy if only a small amount is used.
  • If you like the raw spinach taste add ¼ cup of spinach to the smoothie, which makes a nutritious and delicious breakfast.
