Ingredients

  • 1 cup split chick peas Roasted
  • 1 cup curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoon split black gram
  • ½ teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 5-6 red chilies
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the curry leaves and drain the leaves by wiping with a dry towel or let them dry under sunlight.
  • Saute the ingredients listed above, one by one.
  • Let them cool down and blend them all together.
  • Now store them in an airtight container. And enjoy with steamed rice
