- 1 cup split chick peas Roasted
- 1 cup curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon split black gram
- ½ teaspoon Asafoetida
- 5-6 red chilies
- Salt to taste
Wash the curry leaves and drain the leaves by wiping with a dry towel or let them dry under sunlight.
Saute the ingredients listed above, one by one.
Let them cool down and blend them all together.
Now store them in an airtight container. And enjoy with steamed rice
