Sweet Potato ChipsÂ

Ingredients

medium sized sweet potatoes
4
teaspoons
salt
3-4
cups
frying oil
Instructions
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them very thing with a slicer.
Soak them in water for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare half cup of salt water.
Heat the oil in a deep pan.
When oil is ready to fry, drain the sliced sweet potato and drop them inchunks.
Now drizzle a tablespoon of the salted water in to the oil (careful not to splash the water)
Continue frying until the chips turn golden yellow.
