  • ½ cup coriander seeds
  • ¼ cup cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp methi seeds
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 tsp cardamom seeds
  • 1 stick Jeyshta Madhu
  • 1 piece of dry ginger


  • Fry all the ingredients separately, in the pan with medium heat, until you get a nice aroma.
  • Blend them all together and store in an airtight container.
  • Use 1 to 2 tsp for 1 cup of kashaya.
