Ingredients

  • 6-7 medium size avocados
  • 2 tablespoon coconut cream or use top layer of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar or Agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Mash the avocados and whisk them until all the lumps are gone.
  • Add coconut cream and sugar and continue to whisk until it is creamy.
  • Refrigerate the bowl of mousse for 1-2 hours.
  • Vegan Avocado Mousse is ready! Drizzle chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings and serve cold!
