  • 12 medjool dates or use other dates
  • 2 ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup non-dairy vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder


  • Remove the seeds from dates.
  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend to an into smooth and creamy consistency.
  • That's it! Serve chilled and top it with a dollop of vanilla-cashew milk ice cream!
