- 2 whole turnip or 2 cups cubed
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- pinch of black pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- salt to taste
Wash and peel the turnips. Cut them into cubes and set them aside.
In a medium or small bowl, mix the cubed turnips with olive oil and spices.

Mix well to get an even coating.
Preheat the air fryer at 380F for about three minutes. Air fryer preheating times may vary, so please check your user manual for exact timings.
Place the turnips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry them at 380F for about 12-15 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
After 12-15 minutes, the turnips will turn fork-tender and slightly golden brown in color.
