Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place them in a large bowl and add cold water just to cover the diced potatoes. Keep it for 10 minutes to remove all the starch.
    3 ½ cup cubed potatoes
  • Drain the water completely and spread the potatoes on a paper towel to remove all the moisture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, oil, and salt. Add this spice blend to the potatoes and mix everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala powder, 2 teaspoon olive oil, ½ -¾ teaspoon himalayan pink salt
  • Place the potato cubes in the air fryer basket (single layer) and air fry for 15 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Crispy air fryer cubed potatoes are ready! Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For great results try spraying them with a little bit of oil before air frying to get extra crispy potatoes.
  • If you want to cut down on prep time, you can buy pre-cut potato cubes at most grocery stores. Just be sure to rinse them well before adding them to the air fryer.
  • You can also make these potato cubes in the oven. Just bake them at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Cooked potatoes from the air fryer can be extremely hot. Spread them out on a kitchen towel to let them cool a little before serving.
