- 3 cups mulberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

First, wash the mulberries and remove any stems. Then, add the mulberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice to a blender and blend until smooth or until the sugar dissolves. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy!
3 cups mulberries, ½ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1½ cup cold water
That's all there is to it! Is there anything easier than that? No need for a food processor or even boiling the berries. Your own fresh juice with the right amount of tart flavor.
- If you can't find fresh, ripe mulberries, you can use frozen ones instead. Just be sure to thaw them before using them.
- Use a muslin bag to strain the juice to remove any leftover stems.
- You can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking based on how sweet the berries are. You can create a lower-sugar option if you prefer.
- I like to add a little bit of lemon juice to my mulberry juice to give it some acidity. You can skip this if you don't have any lemon on hand.
- Instead of sugar, you can use honey or your preferred sweetener.
- Serve this juice cold instead of room temperature for the best experience.
- You could add ice cubes to the juice if you like.
- Store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
