Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes. The size of the cubes doesn't matter too much as long as they are all about the same size so they cook evenly.
1 sweet potatoes or 4 cups cubed
Place them in water so that they won't brown and help to remove any excess starch.
Drain the sweet potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, oil, brown sugar, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and black pepper.
½ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon red chili powder, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, salt to tatse, 2 tablespoon avocado oil
Toss everything together until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
Transfer the sweet potatoes to your air fryer basket, making sure they're not crowded. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until they're crispy and tender.
make sure to shake them a few times during cooking.
That sums up the easy air fryer side dish. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
