- 1 pound baby carrots
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- salt to tatse
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice optional
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
Place the baby carrots on the paper towel to dry out the moisture.

Next, place the baby carrots inside a mixing bowl and add all the seasonings: Oil, salt, and lemon juice. Give a nice mix.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 4 minutes.
Place the seasoned baby carrots into a single layer inside the air fryer basket and cook for 14 minutes at 400F with a shake reminder halfway through. (spray oil if you desired)
Enjoy your crispy from the outside and tender in the inside baby carrots.
- Preheat the air fryer before cooking the carrots. It's not mandatory but it won't take a long time like the conventional oven, so why not?
- You can omit the oil, but note that the air fryer carrots can turn out a little drier by doing so.
- Air frying cooking time may vary depending upon the model and size of your air fryer.
- If you are not sure if your carrot is done then You should glide a fork through the carrot with ease.
- Add more seasoning if you think it falls off during the shaking. Using a little bit of oil helps in making the seasoning stick better.
- You can always reheat the leftover roasted carrots. Reheat 350 degrees F and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Just dump the desired amount of carrots into the air fryer. Be careful to not overcrowd the frozen carrots.
- To cook the carrots evenly, cook them in small batches.
- You could also use whole carrots and chop them into bite-size pieces like baby carrots.
