Besan flour Sugar Vegan ghee Avocado oil

Heat oil and vegan ghee on low flame.

Prepare sugar syrup. You need one string consistency.

Add Besan flour to the sugar syrup. Mix well

Remove all the lumps. And make a smooth consistency

Add hot oi and vegan ghee in between until all the oil is used up. Watch my video to get the clear idea.

Vegan Mysore Pak is Ready to pour.

After 10 minutes cut them into bite size squares or diamonds.
