Spinach Chickpea Curry

Simple Sumptuous cooking

Gather all the ingredients for Chana palak or Spinach Chickpea curry.

Prepare chana Palak puree or sauce by blending blanched spinach, almond flour and green chilies.

Saute diced onions, tomatoes, chopped ginger and garlic and spices.

Mix the remaining half of the chopped spinach leaves, cooked chickpeas, and water.

Close the lid and pre-set the Instant Pot to pressure cook mode for 3 minutes.

When the timer expires, release the pressure manually and open the lid.

Add the spinach puree and mix everything together. Saute again and add tempering.

Your delicious Chana palak curry is ready! serve with rice or naan.
