You will need quinoa, vegan broth, vegetables, onions, spices, tomato sauce and whole spices.
Press saute and add olive oil to the Instant Pot. When the display shows "hot," add chopped onion and garlic. Stir and cook for a minute until the onions are softened.
Add all the chopped vegetables (potato, carrots, corn, and peas)and salt.
And spice powders and mix well.
Add the tomato sauce, quinoa, vegetable broth, and water. Stir well.
Close the Instant pot with the lid and cook for 3 minutes on high pressure.
