Easy Tofu Curry

Simple Sumptuous cooking

Gather all the ingredients for tofu curry before you start cooking!

Saute the chopped garlic and onions on medium heat.

Add the diced tomatoes, spices, and herbs

Stir in almond flour and cook for another few minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool.

Blend the mixture to a smooth consistency.

Saute chopped spinach until it wilts. Add the blended mixture and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Now add the cooked tofu cubes and salt, and stir to combine everything together.
