Ingredients:

  • 2 large lemons chopped
  • ½ cup green chili chopped
  • ¼ cup ginger chopped
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients one by one and mix well.
  2. Pack them in an air tight container and shelf it for 3 days.
  3. Check to see if the lemon wedges have softened. If not, continue to shelf for another day.
