Spiced Curry Leaves Powder

Not feeling very motivated to cook? That’s exactly when you will need a recipe such as Spiced Curry leaves Powder and that’s my recipe today!

Curry leaves are natural flavoring agents and have a staple presence in Indian cooking. With a number of important health benefits from antioxidants and a pleasing aroma there is no reason to not like them. There is hardly any curry that I make without these leaves. So it is time for a recipe that is all about Curry leaves 🙂

Spiced Curry Leaves PowderThis is yet another recipe I learned from my mother-in law. Given how simple it is to make, I am wondering why I did not learn this earlier. This powder comes in handy when you don’t feel like or when you do not have the time to cook a full meal. It goes very well with steamed rice and a small dollop of ghee. Preparing this recipe was so easy and fast that I even forgot to take the step by step pictures. I hope you don’t mind that..:-( But is simple to follow. I hope you will manage to make this powder without the pictures.
