Raagi dosa (aka finger millet) is one of nutritional dosa breakfast you can make without overnight prep work. Its one of the easiest dosa recipes you can find.
2 cup Raagi flour (finger millet)
1 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
About 4 cups water
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add just enough water to get the batter consistent enough to pour and spread on a skillet.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. When the skillet is ready, spread a thin film of vegetable oil followed by batter. Do not place a cover over the skillet. Heat for abut a minute before flipping it over to the other side. Heat the other side for 30 seconds . That’s it!Serve hot with Chutney, Chutney powder, Pickle, Yogurt or Honey. Prep time is less than 20 minutes.
